Working in extreme temperatures is physically taxing and you need to ensure you understand and manage the risks.
In very hot or humid conditions there is a risk of dehydration and heat stroke. Similarly, working in extreme cold can result in hypothermia. In this course, you will learn some strategies to protect yourself from these hazards.
