This course discusses heat-related illnesses, how to recognise the signs of heat stress and dehydration and what to do if you experience symptoms. It provides strategies you can use to keep yourself cool when working in extremely hot conditions.
The course also looks at how to keep yourself warm when working in extremely cold conditions. It provides steps you can take if you are experiencing hypothermic symptoms.
